Is my tale private?

Yes, your tale is private.  Only you can see it and your information is not shared with anyone unless you add a contributor, share with someone else, or someone else scans the QR code. You can set your tale to private at any time by managing in your profile.

Do I have to download an App?

Nope, your tale is stored on the web so you can see and share with anyone.

Can more than one person create a tale?

Yes, you can add contributors to your tale to share their side of the story.  Go to your tale and click the "Add Contributor" button.

Where is my information stored?

It's stored in the cloud, not on your device.  You can download a backup of your tale at any time on your tale's page, just click the "Download" button.

How do I share my tale?

On your tale's page, just click the "Share" button and send via text, email, social media or however you like.

What if I lose, break, or damage my QR plaque?

Things happen, if you need another QR plaque at any time due to it being damaged, lost, or stolen we will replace for the cost of shipping and materials.

What happens if we go out of business?

We certainly don't hope that happens, but if we do, the information (photos, videos) can be downloaded at anytime and stored on your personal device to ensure it doesn't get lost.
